David Stott and Clive James have been in the restaurant business for over thirty years. Pioneers in the late 70's for introducing the "Fixed Price" menu to the Brighton dining out scene.
Our philosophy remains the same today, offering fresh local ingredients prepared with style and affection and served in comfortable surrounding with personal service at an affordable all inclusive price.
Our main suppliers are close at hand, our meat, local lamb and beef comes mostly from Stones Cross. Game in season from local estates. Fish from nearby Hastings while our eggs come from just down the road.
Being one of only two 2 AA Rosette restaurants in the Eastbourne area we continue to offer returning visitor and new guests a memorable evening at Crossways.
Our Restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 7.30pm
