BREAST OF LOCAL PHEASANT

Breast  of pheasant  wrapped in bacon

With shallot bacon and muchroom sauce.

 

DUCK PITHIVIER

Tender pieces of duck, with shallots, shitake muhrooms

 and chestnuts in a a hoisin and plum sauce,  in a

puff pastry cushion.  Served with ginger and soy glaze.

 

ROAST RACK OF LOCAL LAMB

Roast rack of local lamb served with a port, redcurrant

and rosemary sauce.

MAPLE GLAZED PORK  ROULADE

Roasted pork tenderloin stuffed with apricots and

pistachio nuts, drizzled with maple syrup and soy glaze

 

FILLET OF BEEF WITH BRIE

Prime fillet steak, sautéed and topped

with red onion relish and melted brie.

This dish carries a surcharge of £6.00
